It’s the kiddo’s birthday weekend and we didn’t want to go through the trouble of trying to search for a dairy-free cake at local bakeries during quarantine. Plus, the thought of eating cake for the next week isn’t all that much fun considering we’re eating clean these days.
So with that, I present the most easy and delicious chocolate cake courtesy of Chris Morocco. I did substitute with Chobani extra creamy oat milk (it literally tastes like cow milk) and cut the sugar to 1/2 cup instead.
But, yes, to not having to cream butter and sugar!
